Tuition Policies/Responsibilities

  • There is a $30 registration fee per student every year.  Families with three or more students are responsible for registration fees on the first two students.
  • Tuition payment plans:
    • Option 1: Pay in Full at registration (student must be registered and paid for before the start of classes to be eligible for a 5% discount)
    • Option 2: 3-Payments Plan: payments will be made at registration, December 1st and March 1st
    • Option 3: 9-Payments Plan: payments will be made at registration, October 1st, November 1st, December 1st, January 1st, February 1st, March 1st, April 1st, and May 1st.
  • Tuition is non-refundable after October 15th.
  • Pro-rated refund will be given to any student dropping classes before October 15th.
  • Late registrations have 4 weeks from the date of registration to drop a class for a pro-rated refund.
  • There is a $30 fee for any returned checks.
  • If we do not receive your tuition payment within 5 days a $10 late fee will be charged.
  • Classes missed can be made up. There is no tuition reimbursement for classes missed.
  • At least 4 students must be registered in order to hold a class.
