Snow / Inclement Weather

Storms are expected during the winter months. You will not be called for cancelled classes. A decision will be made by 2pm that day. You can check the web-site at www.exceldanceforce.com, Facebook, or Instagram after 2pm for any closure updates. Even if schools are closed in the morning, if roads are clear and safe by the afternoon, there may be dance classes. Once a class is cancelled, students may attend another similar class for a make-up class, there is no refund. Please check with the teacher.

Recital Costumes & Fees

Recital costumes will be ordered in December. Unless the office is notified that a student will not participate in the recital by November 15th, parents are responsible for the cost of the costume and other recital fees. Recital costume payment will be due the 15th of November.  Average cost of a costume is $90 and includes tights and hair pieces. You will be notified by email when costume payment is due.  There will also be a recital fee per student.  It is due by March 1st.  Included in this fee, every dancer will receive a recital t-shirt and end of year participation award.

Class Pictures

Photos will be taken of individual students and classes sometime in May or early June.  More details will follow.
